Restaurateurs by tradition
The Misuraca group is built upon industry traditions that our family has upheld for over 30 years. Giuseppe Misuraca, with his experience and passion for transmitting his values, is the fundamental pillar who guides and advises us throughout the growth and expansion of our projects. Our family business has its roots in the restaurant industry with "Al Maniero," one of the most well-known pizzerias among the people of Palermo, and later with "Solemar." These experiences have shaped our dedication to quality and authenticity, creating a culinary legacy that continues to grow and thrive.
Misuraca - Mosaico mediterraneo
Founded in 2022 by Gianmarco and Gianvito Misuraca, the Mosaico - Mediterraneo group is rooted in family traditions with the aim of highlighting our land, Sicily, and showcasing its beauty and excellences. We take pride in promoting our region, enhancing its culture, products, and heritage that make it unique.
Carlo V - Legality and cuisine
We participated in a public tender and successfully obtained the management of the Carlo V restaurant, which had been seized due to mafia-related crimes. Through our commitment, we aim to breathe new life into this establishment, transforming it into a symbol of legality and revival for the community. We promote legality and transparency by managing the restaurant as an example of integrity and respect for the law, contributing to the fight against organized crime. We highlight local products by collaborating with producers in the area to offer our customers the finest Sicilian traditional products.
